Personal Protection Law
Pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ( “KVKK ”), your personal data will be processed as follows and may be shared with third parties to the extent permitted by the legislation. The following are the basic concepts within the scope of KVKK, followed by information on the framework within which our Company processes data.
Basic Concepts in KVKK:
It refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Processing of data:
Refers to any operations performed on data, which are complete or partial automatically or non-automatically provided and that it is part of any data recording system, use of those personal data as obtaining, storing, preserving, changing, reorganizing, disclosing, transferring, taking over, making available, classification, blocking the use of personal data.
Person in Charge:
It is the natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of personal data processing and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data processing system.
Collection and Processing of Personal Data:
In order to execute the works by our Company and by our business units related to our offers to the customers and related to the signed contracts / orders received and in order to benefit you from the products and services offered and in order to execute the sales and marketing activities of the products and services offered by our Company and ensuring the legal and commercial security of persons in business relations with our Company and for the purpose of determining the commercial and business strategies of our Company, Personnel Data is used within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK.
Data Retention and Data Security:
Your personal data will be stored for data processing purposes in accordance with the applicable legislation. Necessary measures are taken by our Company to ensure that the stored data is not lost, that it is not in the hands of unauthorized persons and that unlawful use is prevented.
Transfer of Personal Data:
Your personal data collected for the purposes mentioned above can be transferred to our employees, business partners, suppliers, shareholders, affiliates, legally authorized public institutions and private individuals, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law no 6698.
Within this scope, you can apply to our Company which is the Data Responsible, within the scope of Article II of KVKK at any time;
- to learn whether your personal data is processed
- to request information about personal data processed
- to learn the purpose of personal processing and whether these data are used properly
- to know the third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred, requesting correction of errors in your personal data and requesting that third party corrects the data if the transfer has been made
- to request the deletion, destruction or anonymization of the personal data in case the reasons for the processing of the personal data disappear and to transfer the request to the third party if the transfer has been made
- to object to a negative result occurred to the person as a result of the processed data
- to demand compensation within the laws in case of damages caused by data processing contrary to the law
In order to exercise your rights mentioned above, you will be required to specify your identity, information, address and contact information and to specify which right in Article II of the KVKK is your request by registered post mail to Genclik Cad.
